Our History

Jam-Eng represents the children of the owners as they are a mixture of two cultures (Jamaican and English). The Jam-Eng Team are a family owned and, operated restaurant that has been in the food trade for many years, to include restaurants dating back to the original "Smokey Joes" in Birmingham England in the 1950s.

We strive for customer satisfaction and create an atmosphere that encourages "strangers" to become "friends" very quickly. To include Open Mic nights, Karaoke and live local musicians. We are actively involved with philanthropic activities to include the feeding of the downtown homeless 300 meals monthly as well as mentoring our future leaders' youth events.

Our food quality is of great importance and we source as many products as possible from local farmers and businesses that make our family recipes exceptionally delicious. Jam-Eng food offerings includes salads, meats, vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, sandwiches, deserts and drinks. We use a small vineyard distributor for our choice of fine wines that can be paired with our delicious cuisine.
